What is Fright Factory?
Fright Factory is a 25,000 Sq Ft, high startle Haunted House located within a 120+ year old Factory Building in South Philadelphia.
It's Raining or Snowing. There is a Hurricane/Tsunami or better yet a Zombie Apocalypse. Are You Open?
YES! Unless otherwise noted on our Facebook Page or Website. Fright Factory is Open Rain or Shine.
Can I buy tickets online?
Yes, we sell tickets online! We stop online ticket sales at 7PM EST every night. For example: On 10/31/20** you will be able to buy tickets online until 7PM EST. that day. All other dates will still be available to purchase online. This repeats on every attraction night.
What if I cant buy tickets online?
If you cannot purchase tickets online and miss the 7PM EST stop time, we sell tickets at our ticket booth outside the haunt. Our ticket booth closes and stops selling tickets 30 minutes before closing time.
What if I purchased tickets and cannot make it?
Head on over to our ticket booth on the night you can attend and let one of our staff members know that you purchased tickets for a date that you couldn’t attend. We do not offer any refunds, for any reason. Ticket must match the price of a night you can attend. For example if you purchased a $30 ticket you must use that on another $30 ticket night. If you purchased a $35 ticket, you must use that on another $35 ticket night.
Do you offer Group Rates?
Yes, for groups of 15 or more contact us for rate. Call or email us at info@frightfactoryphilly.com
Do you accept coupons? What nights do you allow coupons?
We accept coupons every night except for Saturday’s. (Discounts cannot be combined)
Is there Parking? How Much?
Yes, and its FREE! Parking is located on Jackson & Swanson Streets as well as Under i95
Where is Fright Factory Located?
2200 S Swanson Street Philadelphia, PA 19148. Right off I-95 just one block South of Snyder Avenue.
What time does Fright Factory Close?
We close when all paying customers go through. Check our Ticket Page for Hours.
How does the VIP Ticket work?
Avoid the long lines with VIP Tickets You move to the front of the line. An additional 10 dollars more per ticket.
Is there security at Fright Factory?
YES. Each guest will receive a pat down from security before entering the attraction. Please be aware We will confiscate and not return any items listed or found inappropriate. (Lighters, Matches, Weapons of any kind, Mace/Pepper spray etc., Alcohol)
How long does it take to go through everything?
30 to 40 minutes
Do you take charge cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit or debit cards online or at ticket window
Is there food available?
On occasion we will have concession carts out front
How are you guys handling COVID-19 Precautions?
The Fright Factory staff is working around the clock working with our state and local officials, monitoring the COVID-19 situation both locally as well as across the country. Due to the increased concern of COVID-19, Fright Factory will be taking extra precautions to promote the safety of our guests and team members.
