Frequently Asked Questions

What is Fright Factory?

Fright Factory is a 25,000-square-foot, high-intensity haunted attraction housed inside a 120+ year-old factory in South Philadelphia.

It's Raining or Snowing. There is a Hurricane/Tsunami or better yet a Zombie Apocalypse. Are You Open?

Rain or shine, the Fright Factory is always open! Unless otherwise noted on our website or Facebook page.

Can I buy tickets online?

Yes, tickets are available online! Online sales close at 7:00 PM EST each night. For example, on 10/31/20XX, you can purchase tickets online up until 7:00 PM EST. After that, tickets for that night must be purchased at the door. This schedule repeats for every attraction night.

Are there any fees for tickets?

Online ticket sales include a small service fee. To avoid this fee, you may purchase a physical ticket at our ticket booth.

What if I cant buy tickets online?

If you miss the 7:00 PM EST online cutoff, tickets can still be purchased at our on-site ticket booth located outside the haunt. Please note: the ticket booth closes 30 minutes before our closing time each night.

What if I purchased tickets and cannot make it?

If you purchased tickets for a night you could not attend, you may visit our ticket booth on another attraction night. Inform our staff that you are exchanging tickets, and they will assist you. Please note: we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Tickets can only be exchanged for another night of equal value. For example, a $35 ticket can only be used on another $35 ticket night, and a $40 ticket can only be used on another $40 ticket night.
