What is Fright Factory?+
A 25,000-square-foot, high-intensity haunted attraction inside a 120+ year-old factory in South Philadelphia.
Are you open in bad weather?+
Yes. The factory operates rain or shine unless otherwise posted on the website or Facebook page.
Can I buy tickets online?+
Yes. Online sales close at 7:00 PM EST each attraction night. After that, purchase tickets at the on-site booth.
Are there online ticket fees?+
Online ticket sales include a small service fee. Purchase at the booth to avoid the fee.
What if online sales are closed?+
The outdoor ticket booth remains open until 30 minutes before the attraction closes.
Can I exchange tickets?+
Tickets may be exchanged at the booth for another night of equal value. There are no refunds under any circumstances.
Do you offer group rates?+
Yes. Special rates are available for groups of 15 or more. Call 215-33-GHOST or email info@frightfactoryphilly.com.
Do you accept coupons?+
Coupons are accepted every night except Saturdays. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.
Is parking available?+
Yes. Free parking is available along Jackson Street and in designated areas under I-95.
Where is the factory?+
38 Jackson Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148.
What time do you close?+
The factory closes after all paying customers have completed the attraction. Check the ticket page for official nightly hours.
How does VIP admission work?+
For $15 more per ticket, VIP guests bypass the regular line and move straight to the front.
Is there security?+
Every guest is patted down. Prohibited items such as weapons, lighters, mace, pepper spray, and alcohol are confiscated and not returned.
How long is the attraction?+
The walkthrough lasts approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Wait times may extend your total visit on busy nights.
Do you accept credit cards?+
Yes. All major credit and debit cards are accepted online and at the ticket window.
Can I wear a costume?+
No. Guest costumes are prohibited. To scare visitors, ask about the Fear Package or join the scare team.
Is food available?+
On select nights, food trucks or concession carts operate outside the factory.

Yes. Fright Factory operates every Halloween night. Check the ticket page for hours.
