Please read the warning before attending Fright Factory. You must understand the type of environment our attraction has to offer before entering Fright Factory. This is for your own safety! We do not know the health conditions of any of our guests so we require all guests to read and understand all warnings before you enter. Fright Factory requires all guests to follow all rules, regulations, and to understand that you enter at your own risk. Please read all rules listed below.

Fright Factory reserves the right to refuse admission without refund to anyone. You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, odors, damp or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, sudden actions, you may get touched or wet, and an overall physically demanding environment. Appropriate footwear required. (No flip flops, sandals or heels).

You SHOULD NOT enter Fright Factory if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, are pregnant, prone to seizures, claustrophobic, physical ailments, respiratory problems, or any other type of medical problem.

DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated. It is not recommended for anyone wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations. DO NOT ENTER if you are taking medication or using drugs of any type. You WILL NOT be admitted if any of these conditions are noticed by our staff.

Each guest will receive a pat down from security before entering the attraction. We will confiscate and NOT return Any items listed or we find unfit for entry. No weapons of any kind, smoking, lighters or matches, flashlights, laser pointers, video camera, cell phone use or light while in attraction. We suggest leaving your phone at home or locked in your car before entering attraction. If you happen to misplace your phone you will not be able to re-enter to search for it. You will need to wait till end of the evening and all the guests have completed haunt. Before our security staff sweeps building and looks around for it. We are NOT responsible for any damages or loss of mobile device. No drugs or alcohol allowed. No food or drinks permitted inside the attraction.

Additionally, there is no hitting or touching of the ghouls, customers, or props. No video or photography may be taken while inside the attraction, NO Running or Disorderly Conduct. Any violation of these rules is grounds for immediate removal without a refund.
