COVID-19 RULES & INFORMATION

The Fright Factory staff is working around the clock working with our state and local officials, monitoring the COVID-19 situation both locally as well as across the country and planning accordingly for a SAFE opening! The safety of our guests and staff are our number one priority. Due to the increased concern of COVID-19, Fright Factory will be taking extra precautions to promote the safety of our guests and team members.
Our capacity at Fright Factory will be reduced this season due to COVID-19. In order to guarantee your admittance, you will need to pre-purchase tickets ahead of time on our website.
All of our guest MUST wear a mask at all times. Our staff will be taking guest temperatures on a daily basis, as well as our crew members, actors and other staff prior to opening. Fright Factory will have various hand sanitizers stations throughout our location. We recommend our guests maintain healthy practices and ask that you wash your hands prior to arriving to the Fright Factory as well as hand sanitizing before entering and exiting the factory.
When you purchase your tickets and time online, the day of the event you would be put in a queue line and will notify you to get in line. For groups and other ticketing information call 215.33.GHOST

 

We would like to take a moment to share some of those plans with you now.   Fright Factory will be doing the following:
  • Tickets will be sold at a reduced capacity.
  • Face coverings will be worn by all staff and actors.
  • Social distancing will be enforced outside and inside our attraction and in our queue lines.
  • Actors will not touch guests. Please do not touch our actors.
  • Groups will not be combined with other parties as we typically do on peak nights. Groups will enter only with the individuals they attend with.
  • Disinfecting all haunted house, costume and make-up areas, bathrooms, and porta johns with a Residual Antimicrobial Technology that provides long lasting surface protection from bacteria and viruses, even with continued contact.
  • Sanitizing contact surfaces of the attractions such as handrails, push bars, door knobs, etc, hourly during operations and even more thoroughly before opening the next night.
  • Checking temperature readings of all guests and staff on a nightly basis to screen out symptomatic individuals.
  • Removing any “push through” items in the haunted attractions that guests would come into contact with in order to reduce cross contamination.
  • Using only alcohol based makeup and thoroughly sanitizing airbrushes, makeup brushes between uses.
  • Keeping the same actors in the same roles/costumes as much as possible in order to minimize cross contamination of germs.
  • Employing the use of hand sanitizer stations throughout the attraction and hand washing stations outside.
  • Requiring social distancing of our staff throughout the make-up and costume process.
